The People Experience Partner will report to the Director of Talent and People Experience and be the face of the People Team for RBW’s Augusta campus. The role will be responsible for recruiting top talent, facilitating orientations, overseeing onboarding, partnering with leadership throughout the performance management process, handling employee relations concerns, investigations, leave, and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices. The individual filling this role professionally provides end-to-end People support in a proactive manner.
