If you’re detail-oriented 🔍, proactive ⚡ and love helping others 💛, this might be your place! 🚀 Job Description You’ll be the key person making sure everything runs smoothly on the administrative and employee-life-cycle side. Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits… A structured, essential role with clear processes. Keep our HR databases and platforms up to date (HiBob, Flexoh, Officevibe…). Perfect if you enjoy organized and keeping everything in order. Prepare reports for Finance and HR, reviewing and organizing data on salary costs and variable compensation. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data. Work closely with Accounting on audits, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll learn by collaborating with different teams. Handle employee tickets and inquiries, helping resolve questions or small issues quickly and efficiently. A great fit if you like supporting others and working with clear workflows. Junior profile, with 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources administration in Spain. High proficiency in using Google Workspace tools. Fluent Spanish and advanced English. Proactive person, eager to develop in the field of human resources, autonomous, and with great attention to detail.
