Description

WHO ARE WE?

Ampowr is a leading provider of battery energy storage systems (BESS) with HQ in the Netherlands and offices in China and the UK. We specialize in developing and operating advanced battery storage solutions to enable a reliable and sustainable energy future.
At Ampowr, we’re on a mission to reshape the energy sector with our innovative, sustainable solutions designed to meet the ever-increasing global demand for renewable power. As a forward-thinking company, we’re dedicated to fostering a greener, more sustainable future by tapping into the potential of renewable energy sources to deliver efficient, effective, and eco-friendly solutions.

WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our team has grown to 70+ employees from over 30 cultures, and we’re still growing fast. To support this journey, we’re looking for a People Experience Specialist who is eager to grow and help shape the future of our People & Culture team.
This role is perfect for someone curious, hands-on, and passionate about building a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and inspired, in a small People & Culture team. This is a broad role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety: one day you’ll be running onboarding, the next improving processes, supporting communications, or organizing a team event.
We don’t expect you to have done it all before—you’ll have space to experiment, learn quickly, and grow into new areas.
