This role manages the employee survey system, acting as the primary contact for design, implementation, and user support. It also maintains P&C SharePoint sites, manages access to internal social media, and supports organizational development through event planning, documentation, small project leadership, and best practice implementation. The role ensures a consistent employee experience and assists the Organizational Development Lead with daily tasks and procedures.
So, what’s the job?
You’ll Manage Employee Engagement Surveys: Oversee daily operations of the employee engagement survey tool, including onboarding and offboarding surveys, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
You’ll Coordinate Annual Engagement Survey: Administer the annual engagement survey, from planning and setup to execution and analysis, ensuring timely dissemination of results and actionable insights.
You’ll Be the Primary Contact for Surveys: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders conducting 180 and 360-degree surveys, providing guidance on survey design, implementation, and interpretation of results.
You’ll Analyze Survey Data: Analyze global survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement, collaborating with stakeholders to develop targeted interventions.
You’ll Provide User Support: Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance for employees encountering issues with the survey platform, offering timely solutions and guidance.
You’ll Handle Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship with the vendor/platform provider, staying informed about new functionalities and updates, and liaising to address technical issues or implement enhancements.
You’ll Manage SharePoint Content: Independently manage and update content on the internal Global, ANZ & People Leader P&C SharePoint site, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
You’ll Plan and Coordinate Events: Plan and coordinate engaging in-person and/or virtual events, managing end-to-end logistics, budgets, and resources efficiently for significant days, events, or occasions in DEI, Wellbeing, and Org Development.
You’ll Develop Documentation for Initiatives: Research, initiate, and create relevant documentation for Organisational Development initiatives and projects.
You’ll Lead Org Development Projects: Drive execution of smaller Organisational Development initiatives and projects, including liaising with external organizations and partners.
And what are we looking for?
You’ll have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field AND/OR a minimum of 2 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources roles, with a preferred focus on employee engagement, survey administration, and HR systems support.
You’ll have excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You’ll demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
You’ll be digitally literate with the confidence to navigate multiple different applications (in particular, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams) and the ability to generate and analyze HR metrics and develop dashboards and KPIs.
You’ll have experience in planning, designing, and executing (employee engagement) events, workshops, and informational sessions.
You’ll have familiarity with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and creating self-service resources and toolkits for HR processes is a plus.
You’ll have the ability to work under changing business priorities and deadlines.
You’ll have the desire to challenge yourself and others to think outside the box. Consider different/innovative/unusual ways of approaching activities and weigh their value against more traditional approaches.
You’ll have the motivation to work autonomously with self-drive.
