SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and programs aligned with business goals.

IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to ensure fair treatment and a positive workplace environment.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs and activities that promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them.
  • Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, offering coaching to managers on best practices.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and identifying high-potential employees.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, partnering with managers to address skill gaps and career development needs.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage employee well-being programs, promoting physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Ensure the workplace environment is conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of respect and belonging.
