As part of the People, Operations & Finance Team, you will proactively communicate across teams to unblock work and drive projects forward, by suggesting practical improvements to processes and tools that scale with the company. Key responsibilities Optimize people operations processes, including recruitment coordination and onboarding. Drive initiatives to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction. Support financial and administrative workflows, including invoicing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the automation and optimization of operational processes, including customer invoicing and related financial workflows. Provide support across business functions, including coordination of office operations, internal events and IT processes. Your profile Studies or background in Business, Finance, Economics or related. Strong communication skills and a service mindset. Fluency in German & English (C1 level).
