REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Proven experience in finance or HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employment regulations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for financial reporting.
