We are looking for a People & Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports both the North America (NA) People Operations and Finance functions, providing exposure across employee operations, payroll coordination, recruitment support, and finance administration. The successful candidate will support day-to-day processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate activities across teams, and contribute to operational effectiveness within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and motivated to contribute while continuing to build professional experience across People and Finance functions. Key Responsibilities 1. People Operations & HR Partnership Support the NA People Operations team across day-to-day employee lifecycle activities Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, ensuring strong data integrity and consistency across HR systems and documentation Assist with HR documentation, filing, HR systems data maintenance, and employee record management Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling Support leave tracking, employee inquiries, and general HR coordination matters Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records within the ATS and ensure timely updates across recruitment systems 2. Payroll & Data Management Support payroll administration activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing Maintain payroll-related records and employee data updates with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate employee changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, and employee data changes Support payroll audits, reporting, reconciliations, and documentation preparation where required Assist in ensuring consistency and integrity of payroll and employee data across systems and records 3. Finance & Accounting Support Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment scheduling Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports for management Help track expenses and ensure adherence to company policies 4. General Administration Provide operational coordination and support across both People and Finance teams Maintain organized documentation and filing systems Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational effectiveness, process consistency, and accurate record management What This Role Offers Exposure to both NA People Operations and Finance functions within a global organization Opportunity to build broad experience across multiple business areas Hands-on involvement in employee operations, payroll coordination, recruitment support, finance processes, and data management activities A collaborative and fast-paced working environment Opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic sports technology company Role Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline.
