This role plays a key part in enabling our business to meet short and mid-term goals by embedding global solutions, driving cultural transformation, and enhancing the employee experience across the full lifecycle.
You’ll lead HR initiatives that foster a learning culture, support inclusive leadership, and deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making. With a strong OD background, you’ll be adept at driving change and transformation at an organisational, functional and team level, and with working impactfully at different levels within an organisation.
You will join an incredible HR team with big ambitions; playing its part in enabling exciting organisational aspirations.
This is a part-time, hybrid role. The successful candidate may choose to work either three full days or four shorter days per week. There is an expectation to be in the Bracknell office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility required to meet stakeholder needs.
