We are looking for a People & Growth Specialist to join our Global HR team. you will play a crucial role in shaping our global people strategy, and manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and offboarding. You’ll partner with managers, ensuring they are equipped to lead effectively, while fostering a culture of engagement, innovation, and high performance. You’ll Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Global People Management & Employee Experience Act as a trusted advisor to global managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Process Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using both traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels. Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and align hiring strategies with business goals. Manager Development & Coaching Support managers with leadership development, performance management, and team-building strategies. Provide training and resources to enhance managerial capabilities. Help resolve recruitment challenges by collaborating with hiring teams and optimizing hiring processes. Requirements What You Bring: ✔ 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role or HR Generalist in a global high-tech industry. ✔ Proven ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for diverse technical and non-technical roles. ✔ Strong interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. ✔ Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment. ✔ Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and resolve recruitment roadblocks. ✔ Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings. ✔ Bachelor’s degree Please submit CV in English
