If you are a proactive HR professional looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals. You will provide expert advice on employment law and employee relations, lead workforce planning initiatives, and support change management
projects. As a key member of the HR team, you will also drive a culture of continuous improvement, mentor HR Coordinators, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide data-driven insights will
be essential in delivering impactful HR solutions.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR professional who can balance high-level thinking with hands-on HR leadership. You will have a strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to manage complex employee relations cases with confidence. With experience in
workforce planning and organisational change, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders.
Your ability to influence, coach, and mentor will be key in developing both individuals and teams. A background in healthcare or multi-site environments would be advantageous, as would coaching qualifications. If you are resilient, adaptable, and passionate about creating a positive
and high-performing workplace culture, we would love to hear from you.
