Qualifications you have: Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field. Responsibilities

This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees regarding People Team matters, focusing on process improvement, automation, and HR project management across various functions. Key duties include managing onboarding/off-boarding, HRIS data processing using Rippling, benefits administration, payroll partnership, and supporting performance review cycles.
