24-7 Prayer is an international, interdenominational prayer movement, with a vision to revive the church and rewire the culture through non-stop night and day prayer.
We are looking to recruit a People Lead within our HR function at 24-7 Prayer International who will outwork our vision and values to build the infrastructure and support needed for our expanding staff team. This is a newly created role, in an exciting time of growth for us as an organisation.
You’ll be an operational expert and strategic influencer, having a deep passion to develop individuals in their careers, with knowledge of what’s needed for teams to thrive and a track record of taking responsibility for people solutions. Your people-led approach will embody the values of our culture, championing diversity, equality and inclusion.
This role is scoped to be full time but, if appropriate, reduced hours may be discussed at interview. We offer a flexible and supportive work environment - hybrid working practices have been adopted by many of our team. This role will require the successful candidate to commit to work from our office (based in Woking) at least once a week.
