One of the most exciting scale ups within the defence space is looking for their first People Lead or Human Resources Lead. As a People Lead you will be responsible for working with senior leadership to establish the processes that enable this organization to grow.
A Tech start-up / scale up is advantageous but we are looking for someone who understands the defence sector and the processes required here.
As the first people hire, there is scope for this role to grow significantly into a Head of People or a Head of HR position as this org has already achieved profitability and has previously acquired businesses whilst also achieving very impressive funding.
As a people lead, some of your responsibilities will include but certainly not limited to onboarding / offboarding, performance management, global / internal presence and more.
