About the role As a People Management & Development for Pinhome Home Service (PHS) Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in various HR functions and contribute to the management of our end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and Learning and Development (LnD) processes for Pinhome Service Providers. What You Will Do Support the hiring and onboarding processes for Pinhome Service Providers. Assist in sourcing candidates through online and offline channels. Help design and maintain training materials and interview tools. Contribute to identifying performance development needs. Assist in creating data dashboards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support the Legal team with employment documents and agreements. Collaborate with different departments on procurement tasks. Help update and optimize employee database processes. Provide support for various HR and organizational initiatives. What You Will Need Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous internship experience in HR. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eager to learn and proactive. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. About the team You will be part of the Pinhome Home Service team, with a strong focus on the Pinhome Home Service Verticals. This is a hybrid role based in the South Jakarta area, where you will work closely with the Category Owner for several verticals and also the People Team to support daily operations, growth initiatives, and strategic execution.
