What you would do

• Ensure effective execution of the HR cycle, including conducting regular, short-cycle performance- and development meetings with your team members.
• Develop and maintain both short- and long-term Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).
• Manage the recruitment and selection of both internal- and external employees.
• Collaborate with the Value Stream Manager and colleague People Managers to shape and drive the vision of the Tech / Data Office
