Crowthers Chartered Accountants are a firm of accountants with offices in Pershore, Cheltenham, Ledbury and Twyning. We specialise in working for owner-managed and family-run businesses. To support the growth and development of our team, we are currently looking for a Human Resources and Training Manager.
The role requires you to be passionate about people. It will include:
The role is based in our Pershore Office, but with weekly travel to our offices in Cheltenham, Ledbury and Twyning.
The role is full-time. However, we would consider applicants wishing to work 5 days per week but shorter hours (such as 9am to 3pm).
We are looking to recruit someone with previous experience of HR and people management, preferably in an accountancy practice or professional services firm.
