Responsibilities

This position is embedded within the People team and collaborates closely with the wider Core Functions team and all areas of the firm. As a key player in implementing the firm’s People strategy, the role actively supports the success and growth of business units and the firm overall. Working in partnership with the broader management team is essential to realising our vision and driving our ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at tackling challenges and finding solutions swiftly.
Reporting to the Core Functions Director, this opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic professional team and contribute across a broad spectrum of People initiatives and projects. We are seeking someone who is motivated, curious, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
The right person will be eager to see the bigger picture and unafraid to ask insightful questions that uncover core issues, helping to shape and share our brand story through their work.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the firm People strategy and collaborating with business units to meet their needs along with reporting on a regular basis to provide meaningful People metrics.
  • Responsible for forging relationships with unit leads to provide support and coaching as needed, advise on People compliance matters and policies.
  • Work closely with the units and finance teams on compensation and benefits areas including annual salary reviews, benefit updates and ongoing operational payroll work
  • Project lead on the firm annual performance management process including salary benchmarking, performance management system review and coaching on same
  • Support the Talent Development Director regarding the firm performance management system and business planning, empowering our employees to ‘own your future’
  • Liaise with units as to succession planning and ongoing talent acquisition needs. Support the wider People team in overall talent acquisition operations.
  • Management of complete employee life cycle including al People Operations requirements with administrative support provided by People Consultant
  • Involvement in People projects
