Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Within our Norwegian People team we are currently looking for an People Manager. This role will ensure seamless service to our line managers and our employees with the emphasis on attracting, developing and retaining talent, employability and engagement combined with smooth and qualitative HR operations.
You will be part of the Norwegian management team and report into an international People Director and will enjoy working in an international matrix structure.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are the strategic business partner for local Norwegian management on various HR topics, you provide real added value and thus contribute to the realization of our business objectives;
  • You actively coach your local management team in the application of all HR related processes;
  • You ensure, together with your People Specialist, a flawless implementation of the SD Worx’s People strategy in Norway;
  • You develop, together with our corporate people department, strategic HR projects for Norway and ensure their implementation and evaluation;
  • You are a true positive SD Worx leader, you motivate your team and let your colleagues grow. You coach them to become self-leaders;
  • You maintain an overview of the various HR priorities, tools and processes for and in SD Worx Norway at all times and continuously strives for improvement;
  • You proactively advise and give end-to-end support to your People Director
  • Ensure the Norwegian business is kept up to date with all legal developments from a HR Perspective.
