Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and well-organised workplace? We’re looking for a People & Office Administrator to join our HQ team and play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly while supporting our People & Culture (HR) function.
Our HQ is the hub for all of our people from hosting meetings to inductions and training. As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you’ll combine front-of-house reception duties with essential HR administration, helping to create a positive employee experience through accurate record-keeping, onboarding support, and day-to-day HR tasks.
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome visitors, clients and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls.
  • Manage the front office operations, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily post and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies including water and refreshments by ensuring office has correct stationary and sufficient supplies.
  • Oversee meeting rooms bookings.
  • Support the People & Culture and administrative teams by: * Maintaining accurate employee records and assist with HR system updates
  • Assisting with absence tracking, holiday records, and routine HR reporting.
  • Coordinating the administration of our benefits platform
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, courier services and facility needs.
  • Provide general information to visitors and handle enquiries.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide friendly, helpful support.
  • Get involved in People & Culture projects and help bring them to life!
