DOES YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Experience working as a People Officer or Advisor
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Onboarding and inducting new starters
  • Enhancing employee engagement through People events and surveys
  • Providing support and guidance for stakeholders across the firm regarding all People matters
  • Being the first point of contact for ER cases
  • Coaching and upskilling line managers
  • Supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, career development and offboarding
  • Managing payroll changes including new joiners, leavers and salary changes
  • Reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with Employment Law and legislation changes
  • Benchmarking and reviewing salaries and benefits
  • Supporting and driving wellbeing throughout the firm
