The People Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Tailwind Group’s people development strategy, leadership culture, and team-member experience. This individual will partner directly with the Chief People Officer to ensure smooth administration, clear communication, and excellent execution of leadership initiatives. A successful People Operations Administrator will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by building systems and tools that strengthen culture and operational excellence. This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs. This position must be fulfilled out of the corporate office in Mankato, MN. The compensation range for this position is $48,000 - $62,000 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location. Manage calendars and schedule meetings, trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions. Prepare agendas, capture notes, track follow-up items, and ensure timely execution. Build and maintain People Operations tools, templates, dashboards, and PowerPoint decks for trainings, leadership materials, and organizational initiatives. Create and maintain a comprehensive log of employee participation in leadership, culture, and development programs. Coordinate logistics for leadership development sessions, team workshops, employee onboarding elements, and internal training events. Track training progress, attendance, completion, and follow-up assignments. Maintain organized, accurate records of all employee training and leadership development activities. Align schedules, priorities, and preparation needs with the CPO to ensure smooth delivery of coaching sessions and leadership engagements. Assist with materials, research, or data needed for CPO-led meetings or coaching conversations. Provide proactive support in developing Tailwind Group’s leadership culture and operational rhythms. Contribute ideas and support initiatives that strengthen Tailwind Group’s core values and leadership culture. Help ensure that the employee experience—from onboarding to ongoing development—is consistent, organized, and aligned with Tailwind Group’s people strategy. Perform other duties as directed by the CPO. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field is preferred. One to three years of experience in People Operations, HR Coordination, Executive Administration, or related roles, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically with Excel, PowerPoint (building presentations), and managing Outlook calendars. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at various levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Motivated, resourceful, solution-oriented, and eager to support leadership and culture development.
