SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in HR, data analytics, total rewards, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of total rewards programs and employee lifecycle.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI concepts and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk and prioritize effectively, with the ability to work with aggressive timeframes and adhere to project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with team member life cycle processes from onboarding to exit and ensure team members are equipped with applicable information and resources.
  • Support benefits administration and management, including day-to-day team member questions, compliance and open enrollment.
  • Help drive total rewards processes including market benchmarking, benefit competitive analyses, compensation cycles and compliance testing.
  • Day to day management of our HRIS, ensuring consistent data quality and capturing all changes as needed
  • Identify and analyze trends and patterns within people data to support decisions.
  • Develop opportunities to streamline and automate people processes with the use of AI.
  • Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by the People Team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with Talent Development planning and execution of learning programs.
