As a People Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our People Experience function—driving impact across the full employee lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to post-exit.
This role is where the employee experience and systems meet. The People Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our People Experience while collaborating on technology, data management, and analytics that fuel smarter decisions.
What will you do?

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE & SUPPORT

  • Act as point of contact for employee concerns via the People Inbox, responding daily to employee inquiries
  • Orchestrate the execution of onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Communicate with employees regarding all types of leaves
  • Ensure a user-focused employee experience that enhances the employee value proposition

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE

  • Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee services
  • Strong understanding of pension plans and payroll processes
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and data management

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid data acumen with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
  • Familiarity with Workday and ADP (considered an asset)
  • Experience with system implementation projects (considered an asset)

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree required
