Description

PEOPLE OPERATIONS AND SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE

The Luminos Fund, a fast-growing international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world’s most vulnerable children, seeks an experienced People Operations and Systems Associate to support the organization’s HR and IT functions.
The People Operations and Systems Associate will play a key role in supporting the Global People Officer in administrative and HR-related functions while also serving as the first point of contact for basic IT support needs. This role ensures smooth HR operations, assists with HR coordination tasks, and liaises with external IT support providers for more complex technical issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks across HR and IT functions in a dynamic, global environment.
The ideal candidate for this full-time role will be based in the GMT time zone working remotely or based in our London or Accra office. We will also consider exceptional candidates in a time zone from GMT-5 to GMT working remotely or in our Boston office. The People Operations and Systems Associate will report to the Global People Officer and collaborate closely with team members throughout the organization. The role may involve some travel to challenging contexts in Africa and the Middle East.

We want to understand your interests, experience, and enthusiasm for the role. Cover letters written with AI support tend to be generic and do not give us enough insight into your unique profile.

  • Disclose any existing personal relationships with existing Luminos Fund employees or Implementing Partners (IPs.)
