The People Operations Associate supports the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate administration of employee data, benefits, and payroll processes. HR Data Management & Compliance Maintain and update employee information in the HR Information System (Netsuite) accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure personnel files, records, and HR data are compliant with internal policies and applicable labor laws. Support HR data audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in coordinating internal and external HR audits and legal compliance checks. 2. Employee Relations & HR Letters Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as employment verification, salary certificates, experience letters, and disciplinary notices as required. Maintain accurate records of all employee correspondence and ensure documentation is properly filed in personnel files and HRIS. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary HR documentation. Ensure all HR communications and letters comply with internal policies and labor law requirements. Provide timely and professional responses to employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, and procedures. 3. Payroll & Compensation Support Assist in preparing payroll data, including adjustments related to bonuses, promotions, and raises. Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and aligned with approved changes and policies. Support compensation review exercises and ensure compliance with organizational policies. 4. HR Operations & Continuous Improvement Contribute to streamlining HR operations, improving documentation workflows, and maintaining data accuracy. Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards as needed. Support HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or a similar role. Understanding of HR processes, data management, and labor law basics. Proficiency in Oracle systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools will be a nice plus. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset.
