Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an enthusiastic (to learn and be a part of a great team!), operationally-minded coordinator to support across a range of Operations and People related work and projects. In this role, you’ll focus on making the employee experience smoother and more effective by improving processes, policies, and systems. From payroll and onboarding to learning and development, you’ll work across initiatives to refine how things are done. You’ll gather feedback, analyse data, and work with a world-class People and Operations team to shape initiatives that support both employees and the business.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Office & Employee Engagement: Manage UK office operations, social events, and remote engagement initiatives.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new joiner and exit processes, including automation and UKVI right-to-work authentication.
  • Payroll & Systems Management: Handle payroll, expense approvals, and maintain HR systems like Hibob and HubSpot.
  • People Operations: Address employee queries, manage performance processes, and support internal communications.
  • Process & Policy Development: Refine HR systems, people processes, and internal documentation to enhance efficiency.
  • Culture & Budget Management: Lead culture squads, oversee social budgets, and deploy L&D and anniversary budgets.
