We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to deliver efficient HR administration across Kingfisher group functions (Group Tech, KIPL, and PLC) supporting approximately 2,800 colleagues. In this vital role, you will act as the first line of support for our employees, addressing HR-related queries and ensuring smooth operations by maintaining accurate colleague data. If you are passionate about creating positive employee experiences and have a strong eye for detail this role would suit you.

What’s the job?:

  • HR administration for new joiners, movers and leavers – contract preparation and returns, pre and onboarding (right to work checks, referencing and background checks), SAP data input, benefits enrolment e.g. discount card admin, eye tests, BUPA medical, car allowances and car leasing, exit and offboarding activity (leaver referencing, benefits closing)
  • Colleague data maintenance – contract amendments, payroll changes, etc
  • First line support to colleagues; answering or escalating HR related queries
  • Support tasks connected to SAP Organisational Management
  • Payroll cutoff activities coordinated by People Operations Team Lead to assure accuracy of information going to payroll
  • Support maintaining org charts with starters, movers and leavers
