Industry leaders like DoorDash trust Giga with their most complex support and operations workflows across voice, chat, and email. The Role You'll help run the day-to-day of people operations: onboarding new hires, managing offboarding, administering benefits, maintaining compliance, and keeping our systems (Rippling) organized and accurate. This is a hands-on execution role in-person in the San Francisco office with room to shape processes from scratch alongside the Chief of Staff. What You'll Do Run onboarding end-to-end: equipment, accounts, orientation, first-week experience Manage offboarding logistics and documentation Serve as the go-to person for benefits questions and enrollment Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations Keep Rippling clean and up-to-date Handle HR operations tasks as they come up—you'll wear many hats What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR, or similar Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment Good judgment on sensitive matters
