PEOPLE OPERATIONS GENERALIST

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

  • Be the People & Culture point of contact for employees and managers. Providing expert support on all People-related queries (contracts, policies, benefits, etc.).
  • Shape the future of our people processes by assisting with the development, update, and enhancement of SharePoint, policies, procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
  • Assist with payroll preparation and keep employee records accurate and up to date, while adhering to HRIS systems and confidentiality procedures
  • Prepare people related reports for People & Culture Business Partners.
  • Collaborate with a talented team, actively contributing to People projects and ad-hoc initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support seamless onboarding by ensuring all new hire documentation and data is entered accurately in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory policies
