REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, employment law, and compliance.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Paylocity, including workflows, onboarding, T&L, and reporting.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce or field-based teams.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a bilingual People Operations (Human Resources) Generalist to join our high-growth team. This individual will support both corporate and field employees across the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding and compliance to employee relations, benefits, and system support. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience in HR, is fluent in both Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a primary HR contact for both Spanish- and English-speaking employees across multiple states.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and compliance tracking.
  • Support employee relations, ensuring documentation and communication are handled with professionalism and neutrality.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits, reporting, and HR system upkeep.
  • Support benefits administration and employee communication during open enrollment and life events.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Translate HR materials, trainings, and policies into Spanish as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to deliver a high-quality employee experience.
