As the People Operations & HRIS Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for Dayforce and a key driver of operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll help streamline workflows, ensure data integrity, support global compliance, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders alike!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years of experience in People Operations and/or HRIS administration in a global environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce (multi-country configuration highly preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience handling core People Ops functions across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, etc.).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
