We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Intern to support day-to-day human resources activities. This role involves assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires Prepare and manage employment contracts and related documentation Follow up with new joiners to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements Maintain and update onboarding trackers and employee records Coordinate with internal teams, including the Growth team, for seamless onboarding and communication Ensure accuracy and organization of HR data and documentation Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Fully remote.
