💼 We’re hiring: People Operations Manager (UK, Hybrid) Fractory is scaling fast and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven People Operations Manager to keep our people operations running smoothly as we grow. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves structure, cares deeply about employee experience, and knows how to run compliant, reliable HR operations without overcomplicating things. You’ll ensure every stage of the employee lifecycle is handled professionally, compliantly, and with a great employee experience in mind.
