Your Role Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding and ensure smooth and compliant execution of People Operations processes Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all personal, employment, and payroll information is complete and compliant with internal and legal requirements Documentation: Prepare and process employment contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR-related paperwork HRIS: Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Personio Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees on queries, including those related to benefits, policies, and general People Operations procedures and provide administrative support We'd love to see Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range.
