In this strategic and collaborative role, you’ll be at the forefront of executing Vendasta’s core people programs, from talent acquisition and performance management to employee engagement and systems innovation. You’ll also champion the adoption of AI within People Operations, empowering teams to enhance efficiency and drive meaningful impact through intelligent tools and automation. Working closely with global partners, you’ll help ensure consistency, alignment, and the delivery of people-first practices that truly make a difference.
