We are looking for a People Operations Officer to join our People team.

JOB SUMMARY

You’ll work collaboratively with our managers and colleagues across Anthony Nolan, delivering HR operations and recruitment advice to support in all aspects of our employee lifecycle by:

  • Monitoring our HR Mailbox and providing advice and on our benefits, policies, terms and conditions and processes.
  • Supporting our Recruitment Manager in recruitment administration including posting of vacancies, arranging interviews, and managing the recruitment inbox.
  • Administering our onboarding, offboarding and variation of contact processes
  • Inputting data into HR and payroll systems
  • Collating data to produce people reports and dashboards.
  • Inputting monthly payroll data to submit to our managed payroll provider
  • Ensuring our HR platform data is maintained and accurate.
  • Providing employee related reports/dashboards.
