Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll gain end-to-end exposure across the employee lifecycle — recruitment, payroll, performance, workforce data, learning and compliance — while working closely with senior leadership. Workforce Data & Systems Maintain accurate HRIS records, org structures and reporting lines Produce workforce and headcount reporting Uphold data privacy standards and flag inconsistencies early Payroll & Remuneration Support payroll cycles and documentation Administer salary, benefits and incentive changes Maintain compliant, audit-ready compensation records Recruitment Operations Coordinate interviews and hiring workflows Maintain ATS integrity and compliance documentation Support a consistent, professional candidate experience Performance & Employee Lifecycle Administer performance review cycles and PIP documentation Execute onboarding and offboarding processes Support engagement surveys and participation tracking Learning & Compliance Coordinate compliance training and maintain completion records Ensure regulatory training requirements are met Process Improvement Document workflows and identify gaps Recommend and support process enhancements Contribute to building scalable People systems What you’ll bring Experience 2–4 years in People Operations or HR Systems Experience in a fast-paced or regulated environment (tech/fintech preferred) Strong HRIS and ATS capability Exposure to payroll support and employment documentation Capability Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Strong understanding of compliance and documentation standards Confidence escalating risks appropriately Clear, professional communication skills Strong organisational and reporting capability Mindset Proactive, structured and process-driven Adaptable in a changing environment Commercially curious High ownership and accountability What’s in it for you A growing Philippines team – You’ll join an established and growing PH team (17+ and expanding), with real local community and long-term career opportunities — not just an offshore role.
