About the role The People Operations (People Acquisition) Intern role is a part of the People Operations Team at Pinhome. As the intern, you will be involved directly in the company's hiring process. To be specific, this will allow you to learn how to source good candidates, how to process the recruitment in a Tech Organization, and how to present yourself as a People Acquisition for our candidates. You will also earn much more exposure to the People team along the way. What You Will Do Assisting the hiring process within the Tech Organization Assisting and supervising candidate technical assessments in the hiring process Scheduling the interview processes within the Pinhome Recruitment process Assisting the Recruitment Process within the Pinhome environment Setting expectations with various stakeholders in the hiring process, such as hiring managers, recruiters, etc Sourcing for relevant openings Being the Person of Contact between the Pinhome and the Candidate Being involved in the Hiring-related projects What You Will Need A final-year student from any background who has an interest in the HR field, fresh-graduates are welcome to apply People Acquisition/Recruitment exposure is a plus point Excellent communication skills Good English skills, both written and speaking skills Great attention to details & good analytical skills Good time management Good stakeholder management About the team The People Operations team works to empower employees and facilitate day-to-day work life in order to achieve the organization's goals.
