ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Operations Representative is a highly detail-oriented and compliance-focused professional responsible for delivering exceptional support across core HR functions. This role plays a critical part in employee lifecycle management, operational HR execution, and ensuring the accurate administration of employee data, time off, leave programs, and benefits.
This position also serves as the primary contact for benefits administration for a workforce of 300+ employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with benefits enrollment and compliance, integrating and troubleshooting HRIS and benefit systems such as Paylocity and Bswift, and working directly with brokers and vendors. This individual contributes to the continuous improvement of HR systems, ensures compliance with federal and California-specific employment regulations, and supports broader People Operations initiatives aligned with company goals.
