EXPERIENCE:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in HR operations.
• You are experienced in managing contracts, visa processes, and global employment matters.
• You are comfortable working with external vendors and internal teams across various departments.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledge of HR best practices and German labour laws.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and regulatory compliance.
• Experience contributing to HR projects and implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and maintaining HR records accurately.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English and German, both verbal and written.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and other recordkeeping systems with attention to detail.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
• Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance
• Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, providing clear and timely support.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Operations function.
• Use data insights to refine processes and support informed decision-making.
  Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
  We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
