Description

Graduate of any bachelor's degree. 1-2 years' experience in HR (preferably in HR Shared Services) or customer service experience is preferred Language capability: English and Dutch (C1 level) Has a good understanding of the HR Shared Services concept and its key deliverables Ability to prioritize and complete workload within a dynamic work environment Demonstrates success in establishing and maintaining professional networks Able to communicate with employees and managers at all levels Flexible and adaptable to change Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment Proficient with Microsoft Applications Ability to easily adapt to the organization's work rules and processes Ability to work independently and manage basic tasks while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives Above average verbal and written communication skills Process oriented and keen attention to details.
