Role description: The Junior People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering quality HR administration service to the business, managing requests through People Assist platform, working within defined service level agreements. Perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee recordkeeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Role accountabilities: Responsible for providing administrative support to employees, managers and the people team, aligned to the Global People Shared Services processes which support the Employee Life Cycle Works within one or more process areas of a dedicated region and provides standardized support on both process/ regional requirements Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's and supported country policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards Responsible for managing requests through People Assist (HR Case Management/ Service Request System) Responsible in updating employee records in Oracle HCM in accordance with GPSS Knowledge Based Articles (KBA) and workflows in an accurate and timely manner Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; collaborate efficiently with other colleagues Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services Creates letters and notifications aligned to the process workflow where required in language of the supported country. Prepares moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Collaborate with in country People Services team and other People Teams when necessary. Prepares and maintain report Ensure that employee documents are filed correctly. Process Assignments / Service Areas handled: New Hire Process, Employee Data Changes, Leavers, Absence and Leave. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate of any bachelor’s degree 1-2 years’ experience in HR (preferably in HR Shared Services) or customer service experience is preferred Language capability: English and Romanian Ability to work and collaborate with colleagues from various departments Able to communicate with employees and managers at all levels Flexible and adaptable to change Familiarity with HRIS (preferably Oracle) is a plus Proficient computer and Microsoft application skills Ability to easily adapt to the organization’s work rules and processes Good verbal and written communication skills.
