Join our Team About this opportunity: We are now looking for a People Operations Specialist to perform activities in HR administration activities following current processes and local rules/regulations. You will have a chance to join a team with administration professionals in LAS CU North Europe. This team has employees working as Business Service Specialists/Generalists and People Operations Specialists. This specific role is for People Operations. To be successful in this role, you should feel confident with data and numbers and understand how to handle sensitive information. You should also be familiar or be interested in labor legislation and legal/local requirements. This job includes cross-functional cooperation with many other organizations at Ericsson. If you are passionate about HR and eager to grow your career in a supportive environment, this position is an excellent opportunity. What you will do: Perform administrative activities related to international mobility, reporting, employment and learning support Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting People processes Support execution of People policies and processes Provide project support as well as People data and results Support audits by providing records and documentation to auditors Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools Support People organization in projects The skills you bring: Some experience in HR administration, people operations, or an HR support role Formal education or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration etc. providing knowledge of HR principles, labor law, talent management, and employee relations Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and confidently communicate verbally and in writing Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in Polish and English language This role requires work in a hybrid model from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
