We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the clinician experience, supporting employee relations, and helping improve RBT retention. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, this in-clinic role provides hands-on support to staff while also managing various HR and operations projects. You will have to travel between clinic locations, with a requirement to be in clinic 4 days a week.
