We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to perform all people operations tasks while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform all tasks related to the full HR operations cycle from onboarding to offboarding,

ensuring all documentation and systems are up to date and compliant with internal policies and

local regulations.

  • Providing support to the business in all HR operations tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and

Employees are satisfied with the service level.

  • Perform all government relations tasks while ensuring full compliance with all the local

regulations. This includes visiting government authorities to finalize manual transactions, if needed.

  • Manage medical insurance transactions in coordination with the broker.
  • Participate in monthly payroll process & all relevant reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality of all operational data.
  • Maintain digital records of employees.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications, experience, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field, certificates are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations function or similar role.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn.
