ABOUT THE ROLE
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of people-related processes across the employee lifecycle. Supporting the People Business Partner and working closely with the Talent Acquisition and payroll team, this role is responsible for managing the systems, tools, and workflows that enable Nordhealth to deliver a high-quality employee experience at scale.
You will focus on operational execution, system administration, and process improvement across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, HRIS maintenance, documentation, and talent development coordination. Your work ensures that our people systems run reliably, our data is accurate, and our employees and managers are well supported throughout their journey at Nordhealth.
