Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • Previous experience (1–3 years) in People Operations or HR administration, preferably in a tech scale-up or fast-growing company
  • Working knowledge of employment lifecycle processes and documentation

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of people-related processes across the employee lifecycle. Supporting the People Business Partner and working closely with the Talent Acquisition and payroll team, this role is responsible for managing the systems, tools, and workflows that enable Nordhealth to deliver a high-quality employee experience at scale.
You will focus on operational execution, system administration, and process improvement across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, HRIS maintenance, documentation, and talent development coordination. Your work ensures that our people systems run reliably, our data is accurate, and our employees and managers are well supported throughout their journey at Nordhealth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who is passionate about people experience, thrives in a fast-changing environment, and is eager to grow as an HR professional while helping shape evolving people operations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensure employee experience is efficient and aligned with Nordhealth values
  • Serve as a go-to person for colleagues, providing timely support on day-to-day matters related to employment, guidelines, working processes, and practical arrangements
  • Coordinate new hire logistics and onboarding & probation period follow-ups
  • Preparing and coordinating employment contracts and HR documentation in collaboration with the People Business Partner
  • Coordinate lifecycle changes such as contract amendments and relocations
  • Administer the offboarding process and ensure smooth exit

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to manage multiple moving pieces with attention to detail, deliver high-quality processes consistently, and collaborate closely with the People Business Partner and business stakeholders.
