You’ll collaborate with experienced People Ops professionals who will guide and support you, sharing their knowledge as you grow together. Your contributions won’t just influence processes, you’ll shape how people feel when they come to work. We are looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and people‑centric, who thrives in a scale‑up environment where no two days look the same. You’ll manage office operations, elevate the employee experience, and drive People Operations across Norway, Sweden, and Finland, with the possibility to expand to additional countries as we continue growing. Responsibilities People Operations & HR Partnering Be the go‑to HR partner for employees and managers in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Own the full employee lifecycle- from onboarding to offboarding. Support managers in employee development, performance, and retention. Advise on People matters: culture, labor law, HR policies, visas/work permits. Maintain accurate HR data, records, and compliance. Collaborate with payroll and benefit providers to ensure timely and accurate processing. Culture, Development & Engagement Bring our culture to life through team events, initiatives, and rituals. Coordinate development and learning moments throughout the year. Drive engagement projects and foster a culture of feedback and continuous growth. Office & Employee Experience Own and manage our offices together with designated people in the locations- ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and high‑energy environment. Lead office operations: supplies, vendors, contracts, facility coordination, mail, equipment. Coordinate office events, celebrations, afterworks, and in‑office experiences. Support onboarding logistics for new joiners and facilitate relocations for international hires. Champion workplace well‑being: ergonomics, meeting room optimisation, IT equipment allocation. Ensure the office runs smoothly by setting clear expectations, structure, and boundaries. Security & Best Practices Follow Semine’s Information Security Policy and join regular training sessions. Who You Are You build trust easily and communicate with clarity. You are highly organised, structured, and proactive. You enjoy taking ownership and improving how things work. Experience in HR, People Operations- ideally in the Nordics. Understanding of HR policies, employment law, and HR operations. Experience supporting multiple countries is a strong advantage. Solution‑oriented mindset with the confidence to make decisions. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field. Languages Fluent English (C1+) and professional proficiency in Norwegian. Swedish or Finnish is a plus.
