We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist who can make every Mate employee feel welcome, supported, and engaged from day one. You’ll be our go‑to person for the Polish team, tuned in to their needs, and comfortable handling policies and Polish labor law. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet

YOUR TASKS WILL BE TO:

• Handle the contract signing process with external contractors (mentors, coaches, experts) and internal employees
• Manage Onboarding, Offboarding, and Performance Review processes
• Research market compensation & benefits
• Organize quarterly in‑person meet‑ups and weekly online gatherings
• Order and send gifts and company merchandise to employees and students
• Order of laptops & equipment
• Provide local context for foreign managers and the company
• Cooperate with the outsourcing hr & payroll company
• Support recruitment processes (not a regular function)
  Your team: You’ll be working with an amazing remote Polish team of 10 colleagues, plus two “work besties” on People Ops in Kyiv, Oksana and Lera. They work hard, play hard, and are always coming up with ways to make things better. Join us, there’s plenty of challenge and discovery ahead
