    ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Operations team works closely with the broader Operations, Talent and Finance functions, as well as People Managers and our employees. We are commercially minded, and aim to enhance efficiency with everything we do, making it easier for our people to focus on what they do best.
This role drives the day-to-day cadence of the People Operations team, and reports to the People Operations Manager, based in Sydney.
You will help to continually improve the overall people experience of approximately 160 employees in 4 different countries, which is expected to grow to ~200 by the end of 2025. You’ll own most facets of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding all the way to separation, and have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders while continually improving and streamlining the way the People Operations team operates. This role would be the perfect opportunity for a senior people advisor or business partner to continue to hone your generalist skills in a highly dynamic environment.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

      • Own and continually evolve the global onboarding (from acceptance to first day) and voluntary offboarding process.

      • Provide support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
      • Continue to build out engaging tools to allow our staff to self-help.
      • Actively involved in managing staff performance, including owning the probation management process, and assisting People Operations Manager with performance management cases.
      • Own Learning & Development activities, and assist with coaching and upskilling of people managers and collating resources.
      • Own our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and employee records - leveraging it as a key tool to streamline and automate people processes.
      • Stay across employment legislation in the countries we operate, and assist to ensure people related processes are refined in line with changing laws.
      • Assist People Operations Manager with cyclical activities such as annual and mid year performance review, compensation review, compensation benchmarking, eNPS (annual employee engagement survey), etc.
      • Generate people metrics reporting, assisting to share actionable insights with managers.
      • Other duties within the Employee’s skills and experience, or with reasonable training.
